With over 26 years of experience in high-performance industrial environments, she has left a lasting impact in both the corporate & social spheres. She has led with excellence from manufacturing floors to strategic global supply chain operations.
For nine years, she served as Plant Manager, leading product transfer projects, facility start-ups & closures & managing international manufacturing operations. Over the past nine years, she has held the role of Director of Supply Chain for medical device & pharmaceutical products. She strategically led the global distribution of products, aligning every link of the operation with the mission to Save and Sustain Lives.
Beyond her executive credentials, she is certified in Applied Cognitive Neuroscience for Organizations, the Science of Happiness at Work & DISCFlow® methodology. These tools allow her to blend science & humanity to drive cultural transformation, promote well-being & foster conscious leadership.
Her achievements have earned her multiple awards, including the Ana Culpeper – Executive Women Who Lead Award, the General Manager Award, Industrial of the Year – Southern Region & the Inclusiveness & Clear Thinker Award. Most recently, she was honored at the Summit Embracing Our Glow 2024 by the Puerto Rico Industrial Women Chapter for her impactful work within the committee & the chapter. Deeply passionate about inclusion, diversity & women’s empowerment, she has dedicated her life to inspiring, motivating & supporting women in reaching their full potential. She has led initiatives within networks like GE Volunteers, GE Women Network, Stryker Women Network & served as Ambassador of the Alliance for Baxter Women in PR. She was part of the Assessor Board of Women Who Lead & currently chairs the Corporate Liaison Committee of the PR Industrial Women Chapter. She is also a member of the WR Chamber of Commerce.
Her commitment extends beyond the corporate world. She believes in contributing to the development of future generations by mentoring & inspiring children & youth.
